The position requires a motivated, detail oriented, and results driven team player who : - Wear appropriate PPE for the job- Maintain, troubleshoot and support the following systems / equipment : Conveyors, hydraulics, piping, power transmissions, compressors, bearings, couplings, filters, gearboxes, hoses, pumps, seals, water heaters, motors and more- Ability to obtain forklift license - Work with hand and power tools -Perform Preventative Maintenance checks on equipment - Assist in managing spare parts and maintenance supplies - Ability to work OT and "on call" as needed - Incorporates safety and quality into every decision while performing day-to-day activities- Can efficiently maintain chemical process equipment to meet manufacturing requirements and achieve maximum productivity without compromising safety or quality.

Maintains superior communications with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Transportation, and outside vendors.- Will actively seek out opportunities for process / mechanical improvement and take full responsibility for collaborating with management and peers to implement approved changes in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : - Requires organizational and planning skills to effectively complete assignments.- Must be dependable, flexible and able to respond on short notice to satisfy requirements of customers.

EDUCATION : - High School Diploma or GED- Optional Certifications / Licenses : o HVACo Basic Electricityo WeldingExperience preferred : - LEAN ManufacturingEXPERIENCE : - A minimum 3 years of progressive industrial maintenance experience- Ability to effectively work with Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel and OutlookESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : The Ability to : - Routinely lift 50 to 75 lbs.
